The Administrative Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki Annuls the Rejection of a Foreigner’s Residence Permit Renewal Application

The Court held that the administrative decision lacked sufficient reasoning and referred the case back to the Administration for a new, lawfully reasoned assessment
