Thessaloniki Felonies Court overturns sentences and schedules new hearing for our principal's case review!

Court accepts Appeal, cancels sentences, and schedules new hearing for substantive case review.

A detainee was not present at the Court and was sentenced in absentia to eight years’ imprisonment and a €2,000 fine.

Subsequently, our greek law office took over his defense and filed a motion to annul the proceedings, which we presented before the Single-Member Felonies Court of Thessaloniki.

The Court:

✅ Accepted the motion
✅ Overturned the previous sentences, and
✅ Scheduled a new hearing to examine the substantive issues of the case.
